About Rental Fixers
Effortless maintenance for smart landlords.
Rental Fixers serves property managers, landlords, and rental-property investors who need a dependable business that understands rental housing. We have been established for more than ten years, with crews, vehicles, and a system for managing projects. We bring practical experience, high standards of craftsmanship, and an organized approach to rental-property maintenance and repairs.
We understand that taking care of a rental involves more than completing a repair. It means knowing how to organize the work, coordinate with the people involved, and adapt to the needs of each property.
Why Rental Fixers started
Rental Fixers started in response to a need we saw among actual landlords: they were struggling to find dependable contractors who knew what they were doing and took their work seriously.
Some had encountered handymen who treated repairs as a hobby or side job rather than a real business. These landlords needed more than someone who could occasionally take on a repair. They needed a business with the people, structure, and processes to handle their projects.
At the other end, larger specialty companies often viewed their jobs as too small to make them a priority. That left landlords caught between casual repair help and companies whose focus did not fit their needs.
Rental Fixers was built to fill that gap, giving rental-property projects the attention, craftsmanship, and coordination they deserve.
Why Rental Fixers
An established business with the structure in place
We operate with crews, vehicles, and a system for handling projects. That structure is part of what makes dependable service possible. It supports how we organize the work and coordinate with owners, property managers, and tenants.
Our business is built around the practical demands of rental housing, from planning the project to understanding who needs to be involved along the way.
Quality craftsmanship and meaningful value
We hold our work to high standards. A rental property deserves careful workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the finished result.
We believe customers should receive strong value for what they spend. That value comes from the quality of the work and the experience, planning, and coordination behind it. Our aim is to make your maintenance dollars go further through thoughtful execution and work we take pride in.
We know how to organize the work
A project needs a sensible order. We use schematics and planning to understand what goes where, which tasks come first, and what is most efficient at each stage.
We understand how the different parts of the work fit together. That knowledge guides our scheduling and helps us organize the project from one stage to the next.
We understand property-management processes
We know how to coordinate scheduling with tenants and property managers. We are familiar with property-management software and have experience working within our clients’ systems.
Repairs are part of a larger management process. We take that into account when organizing the work and coordinating with the people responsible for the property.
Getting to know the property
Over time, we get to know a property, the work we’ve done there, and its maintenance history. That makes it easier to discuss repairs and past work with the owner or property manager.
That familiarity can carry through a change in management. Many owners have continued working with us for larger projects or troubleshooting after switching managers, and asked their new manager to contact us when work comes up.
Flexibility for each customer, property, and tenant
Every rental property has its own needs. So do the customer and the people living there.
We bring flexibility to how we plan and coordinate projects, taking those individual needs into account. Whether we are working directly with a landlord or coordinating with a property manager and tenant, we understand the importance of adapting our approach to the situation.
An investment for the owner. A home for the tenant.
We understand rental housing, including its priorities and the rental-housing laws that shape the work. We also recognize that a rental property serves two important purposes: it is an investment for its owner and a home for its tenants.
That balance matters. Our approach considers the owner’s property, the manager’s responsibilities, and the tenant’s day-to-day life. It informs how we plan, schedule, and coordinate repairs, with respect for the property and the people who call it home.
A practical resource for your rental property
Rental Fixers brings together craftsmanship, experienced project planning, an established business structure, and flexibility for the people involved. We built our business around the needs that led landlords to look for a better option in the first place.
