Maintenance requests may be submitted at any time. We review the available information and prioritize the next step based on safety, active property damage, essential services, weather, access, workload, parts, and specialist availability.
If there is a fire, suspected gas leak, immediate electrical danger, or danger to anyone at the property, leave the area and contact 911 or the appropriate utility first. For an active water leak, shut off the property’s main water valve only if it is safe and accessible, or contact the local water utility. Once the immediate hazard is controlled, Rental Fixers can help assess the damage and coordinate the appropriate property response.
